Speaker Bio

Arnaud Chivard is an experienced transformation leader in the air navigation and aerospace domain, known for driving large-scale organizational change and improving operational performance. He most recently served as Head of Applications Engineering at Skyguide, where he led the evolution of critical systems in a complex, safety-driven environment. He is now transitioning to CEO of Skysoft, focusing on advancing collaborative and innovative ATM solutions. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Airbus Defence and Space, the Kudelski Group (Nagra) and Philips Semiconductors (NXP), leading global quality and continuous improvement initiatives. His expertise spans across Systems Engineering, Projects and Portfolio Management, CMMI, Lean, Six Sigma, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS…) applied pragmatically to deliver results.
