Speaker Bio

Bill is Head of Engineering in Boeing’s Commercial Airplanes Product Development organization, where he leads operational-efficiency and other strategic initiatives. He joined Boeing in 2001 and oversees multiple teams—engineers, technologists, and airspace designers—who develop new aircraft architectures, technologies, and sustainable operational solutions that add value to Boeing products. Over the past two decades he has led operational-efficiency programs in regions around the world, including North America, Europe, China, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
