In this role he is serving as Director OneATM ATM Technology & Portfolio, leading the worldwide Frequentis ATM Civil product portfolio, advancing the ATM portfolio integration, and overseeing architecture and technology evolution to ensure high-performing end-to-end solutions. He started his career as a software engineer in the ATM Defense Business Unit and progressed through various roles, including system architect, operational product manager, and development project manager. At Frequentis, he has been instrumental in shaping the evolution of ATM voice and network solutions, overseeing major product developments and related large delivery and complex delivery projects around the world. As Head of R&D, he played a key role in scaling development organizations, aligning technology with business growth, and driving corporate-wide technology governance. Thomas holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategy & Technology and has over two decades of experience in technology leadership, R&D, and system architecture within the Air Traffic Management industry.
