Speaker Bio

Trish Gilbert is the Executive Vice President Professional for the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers’ Associations (IFATCA), after serving three terms as EVP Americas. She also has the distinction of the title National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) EVP Emeritus.

Trish began her career as an air traffic controller, working for 21 years at Houston Center (ZHU) before transitioning to a leadership role. She went on to serve four terms as the Executive Vice President of the NATCA, where she helped spearhead initiatives that strengthened relationships with the FAA, Department of Transportation, aviation industry stakeholders, the AFL-CIO, and members of the U.S. Congress.
