Major General Cyro André Cruz is the Head of the Technical Subdepartment at the Brazilian Department of Airspace Control (DECEA), where he leads technical modernization efforts and oversees activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that support the Brazilian Airspace Control System (SISCEAB), contributing to the continuous improvement of Brazil’s air navigation services in alignment with international standards and ICAO global initiatives.
