Control Center Chief
My name is Héctor Lee, an air traffic controller with over 33 years of experience in the aviation industry. Throughout my career, I have witnessed and actively contributed to the evolution of air traffic management, from procedural control environments to the implementation of state-of-the-art surveillance radar systems.
I currently serve as the Control Center Chief at CENAMER, under COCESNA, where I oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and coordination within the Central American airspace. In addition to my operational leadership role, I am also an air traffic control instructor, dedicated to training and mentoring the next generation of controllers, sharing both technical expertise and practical experience gained over decades of service.
