Speaker Bio

Stephen Vance is a Director at CGI within the Space, Defence and Intelligence business and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation (FRIN). Fellowship of RIN recognises sustained professional contribution and technical expertise in navigation, positioning and timing, and active engagement with the international navigation community. Stephen specialises in resilient PNT, GNSS interference monitoring and aviation safety, and works with ANSPs, airports, airlines and government authorities to address the operational and safety impacts of GNSS disruption.
