Speaker Bio

Nancy Graham is the President of Graham Aerospace International, an independent consulting firm, which assists new entrants in aviation and aerospace in understanding the aviation community safety and regulatory needs.

Nancy previously served ICAO as the Director of the Safety and Air Navigation Bureau, after serving in the Federal Aviation Administration as an Executive in Washington DC, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Today Nancy works with new entrants of all types, including the HAPS Alliance, collaborating with regulators on a safe, scaleable global pathway for high-altitude operations. She brings deep expertise in international harmonization and translating novel operational concepts into frameworks the global aviation community can learn from and build upon. As a safety management advocate, Nancy also serves as Chair of the Industry/FAA Drone Safety Team SMS Group.

Nancy holds a Masters degree in Technology Management and is a recipient of the Laura Taber Barbour Safety Award, and now serves as Chair of its Board of Directors.
