Speaker Bio

Mateusz Zelek is the Director of Strategy, International Affairs and Projects at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA), where he leads a team responsible for strategic planning, international cooperation, stakeholder relations, and high‑level policy shaping in the air transport domain. In this role he oversees the development and monitoring of PANSA’s strategic objectives, manages relations with key national and international partners, and represents the Agency in major European and global aviation institutions.

Before taking on his current position, Mateusz served as PANSA’s Deputy CTO for Development, supervising over 40 technical projects across ATM, UTM, CNS and ICT domains,

With a strong background in business development and engineering, Mateusz has held various managerial roles in the high‑tech and automotive sectors, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership. He holds a degree (Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with Automation) from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
