Yolanda Portillo is Head of the Network Manager Operations Centre at EUROCONTROL. Prior to working at EUROCONTROL Yolanda served as Head of ATFM/ASM Division at Spanish air navigation service provider ENAIRE and worked as air traffic controller and ACC supervisor. Yolanda also has extensive experience working as an aeronautical engineer and holds a MSc degree by research in trajectory-based operations (TBO).
