Speaker Bio

Grzegorz is the Director of the Training Office at PANSA, having previously led radar services training. For the past 15 years, he has worked as an air traffic controller – spending his first two years in the tower and the last 13 years at the ACC. He is also an instructor, examiner, and assessor, as well as the author of training materials for aspiring air traffic controllers. In parallel, he has worked as a Boeing 737 captain, training junior pilots at the start of their careers.

He holds a master’s degree in computer science with a specialization in Data Processing Systems Engineering, where his research focused on autonomous processes supporting air traffic control. He began his professional career by developing several IT solutions.

Today, he combines his expertise in airlines, air traffic control, and IT to contribute to the development of data-driven training, modern training policies, and new approaches to addressing current and future challenges in aviation.
