Speaker Bio

Juan V. Balbastre

Full professor at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV)

Juan V. Balbastre-Tejedor holds a PhD. in Telecommunication Engineering and he currently is a full professor in the University of Valencia (UPV), where he leads a research line on performance-based surveillance systems for ATM/UTM since 20027. He has participated in nearly 150 research projects and contracts since 1993 and has published 140 papers in journals and conference proceedings.
