Gerald Regniaud

Gérald Regniaud, born in Marseille in 1969, is a graduate of ENAC. He has held an air traffic control licence since 1996, and as such has held various positions within the Reims Area Control Center (Instructor, Tester, Flow Manager, Supervisor) which have enabled him to develop operational expertise in Air Traffic Flow and Capacity Management or Airspace Design including civil-military relationships and the Flexible Use of Airspace. In 2007, he contributed to the FABEC feasibility study and the launch of the first implementation projects. In 2010, as an expert in the SESAR program for projects as diverse as Extented ATC Planning, Complexity Management and Extended Arrival Management, he became interested in the development of new concepts and the tools necessary for their operational use. From 2012 onwards, as Program Manager, he coordinated XMAN (Cross Border Arrival Management) activities on behalf of DSNA and managed the implementation projects of this concept including the development and deployment of the associated tools on the en-route control working positions (4Me system). After serving as Deputy and then Head of ATS at Reims ACC between 2018 and 2021, he joined the headquarters of DSNA Operations Directorate as Advisor to the Director in order to contribute to driving the strategic orientations of DSNA, in particular in terms of innovation.
