Graduate of the Romanian Aviation Academy in 1992, he has been an ATM professional for 28 years with operational experience as an air traffic controller. A graduate of several universities (Bucharest, Toulouse) with degrees in computer science and a master in the development and deployment of large-scale industrial systems, he has started work at EUROCONTROL in data-link and airborne surveillance programmes. He chairs the ICAO ATM Operations panel and leads EUROCONTROL's project on new entrants integration in the European ATM network. Experienced Senior ATM Expert and manager with a successful track record of working in the airlines/aviation industry. Skilled in Avionics, Interoperability, data-link, ADS-B, Airports, ATM Procedures and Human Factors. Strong business development professional with proven leadership skills.
