David Matthews has gained operational experience over the course of sixteen years across various ATC units throughout London and the Southeast. This has included managing day to day operations at London City, Gatwick, and Heathrow Airports. He played an active part in Operation London Bridge, the ATM plan for the funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
