Warren Gosselin, NAV CANADA’s Assistant Vice-President of CNS Solutions has 25 years of experience working for the Canadian ANSP. Over his career Warren has led teams in three different regions of Canada including responsibilities for Maintenance, Operational and Technical Requirements, Training, Life Cycle Management, and Engineering,. In his current role since 2019, his CNS Solutions team includes ATCO’s, AFIS, Engineers, Technologists, and Software developers that both develop and acquire all CNS systems, that they then life cycle manage. Due to Canada’s vast size they are responsible for approximately 10,000 pieces of equipment, ranging from Radios to Radars, at over 1400 locations across Canada. Warren has been a member of the CANSO Operations Standing Committee since 2023.
