Santiago Soley accumulates more than twenty years of experience on the operational implementation of PBN operations through Satellite Navigation. Upon working as satellite system engineer within industry joined ESA through the Galileo Definition Phase. In 2000 he was engaged by EUROCONTROL, giving support in the introduction of GNSS services for Civil Aviation and first operational implementations. Acting regularly as project manager on behalf of the European Commission, today he holds PildoLabs CEO responsibilities, a company leading the introduction of GNSS based rotorcraft operations. As chairman of the FLAG working group, he keeps promoting European harmonization on the implementation of PBN rotorcraft operations towards future integration of VCA.
