Michelle Ho is a seasoned aviation professional with over 18 years of experience at Hong Kong International Airport, most recently serving as Airport Duty Manager at the Integrated Airport Centre. She has consistently championed innovation in airport operations, leading award-winning initiatives such as the Digital Apron and Tower Management System (DATMS), which earned the ACI–Amadeus Award for innovation in operations and installations management.
Michelle brings deep expertise in aerodrome design, operational transformation, and safety compliance, underpinned by a strong commitment to cross-industry collaboration. She represented HKIA as a Subject Matter Expert at ICAO (APAC) forums, where she promoted knowledge sharing and harmonization of best practices across the region.
Michelle played key roles in strategic infrastructure projects, including the Midfield Concourse and West Apron developments, and has been instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives emphasize stakeholder engagement, co-creation that enhance both safety and efficiency.
She holds a Master’s in Transport Policy & Planning from the University of Hong Kong and is a certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor and ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Instructor. Now based in the UK, Michelle continues to advocate for innovation through collaboration in shaping the future of airport operations.
