Speaker Bio

A lawyer since 2003, I joined NAV Portugal in 2007 to integrate the Human Resources Department as a legal advisor. I have a large experience dealing with employee unions and negotiating labor agreements. I have been the head of Work Relations Unit since 2022. I also work in the areas of ethics and organizational conduct and gender equality. I have represented NAV Portugal in the CANSO Human Resources Working Group since 2009.
