Speaker Bio

Mr. How has been working as a Project Manager for ICT and Systems Projects for twenty years, in which over ten years in the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) of Hong Kong, China. He took up as the subject matter expert for various surveillance and ATC automation systems in CAD, and he has been actively participating in ICAO APAC Meetings related to implementation of CNS. Riding on his experience, he has taken up a secondment position in the ICAO APAC Regional Office as a Regional Officer in CNS for two years. He now oversees the surveillance domain, including the radar replacement project and operations of radars and ADS-B , in Hong Kong, China.
