Conor is Managing Director of Think Research and an Associate Member representative on the CANSO ExCom. In 2004 Conor co-founded Think because he “didn’t want to get a proper job” and wanted to create a company that was based by the beach and which would offer him international opportunities he might not get working in a large organisation. In the 21 years since, Conor has since realised he has a “proper job” after all as the person running the company, overseeing its growth strategy, managing operations and representing the company and community on the global stage. Think’s largest demographic for recruitment is at the graduate level where the preference is to grow, develop and retain young staff into capable and successful consultants. Think’s global reputation is well established and they are the only small-to-medium associate member ever to have an executive serve on the CANSO ExCom. In 2024 Conor became CANSO’s first DEI Champion with a role and motivation to make sure CANSO does everything possible to support DEI within the aviation industry.
