Speaker Bio

Biruk Abraham is a Senior International Representative with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration’s Air Traffic Organization, fostering technical collaboration in air traffic management across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, he served as a Branch Manager in the FAA’s NextGen Technology Development and Prototyping Division, leading concept development and research on integrating new aircraft and technologies. Biruk’s 22-year aviation career began in the U.S. Army including obtaining Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor certifications in Airplanes and Helicopters. He holds a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
