Speaker Bio

In her role at Stoke Space as Sr. Counsel & Sr. Director, Space Flight Policy, Allie guides the company in areas of law and regulatory policy and leads licensing efforts for the fully reusable Nova launch vehicle system. Before joining Stoke, she spent eight years at SpaceX managing federal regulatory licensing and policy for the company’s Falcon, Dragon, and Starship programs. Allie’s rich experience in the aerospace industry spans commercial launch and reentry licensing, long-term regulatory policy, insurance, human spaceflight, and general strategy for aerospace, airspace, and maritime matters. Allie holds her BA and JD from West Virginia University.
