His extensive background enables him to effectively embed DEI principles throughout the employee lifecycle, fostering an inclusive workplace culture. In his role, Agatino leads the organisation’s DEI efforts, ensuring that initiatives align with best practices and legal frameworks. His responsibilities include providing guidance on policy implementation and local initiatives, promoting a culture where all staff members feel valued and respected, organising awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workshops on DEI-related topics.
